Stoute Communications works with clients of all sizes, from small businesses to large corporations and publicly traded companies. We also work with large non-profits, government agencies and cities.

The duration of an engagement with Stoute Communications varies depending on the complexity of the issues. We work with clients on both short-term and long-term goals.

We typically work with leaders at all levels of the organization (front line-C-Suite executives) surrounding conflict. Coaching plans can last anywhere from ninety days to one year. Depending on the type of coaching plan, you can expect to meet weekly, bi-weekly or monthly. Clients are expected to fully participate in sessions and to complete assignments.

Inquire within your organization to see what resources might be available before you decide to take on an out of pocket expense. If you are in a leadership role, companies typically have set budget for coaching. We offer individual conflict coaching services to professionals who can pay out of pocket. Stoute Communications does not accept health insurance and our services are not free. 

We offer various types of services to help mitigate conflict, however, an assessment will determine the appropriate course of action. An assessment is conducted to evaluate client needs and recommendations are made based off the information that is provided.

For example, conflict resolution training might be appropriate in some instances, while mediation could be more effective. Each situation is unique. 

Yes, we offer a variety of leadership training topics and are happy to facilitate your leadership retreat.

Yes, we can develop and customize training for a specific topic, audience and for an entire organization. Additional rates apply.

While we acknowledge that clients have a wide range of budgets, we evaluate each inquiry on a case by case bases, that includes but not limited to; services needed, cost, time, travel, availability and culture fit. We attempt to make a reasonable accomodation, however, nothing is guaranteed. Our services are not free. 

At Stoute Communications, we offer trainings in three formats:

• Lunch and Learn (45 minutes- 90 minutes)
• Half-day (2 - 3 Hours)
• Full Day ( 3+ Hours)

Pricing will vary for trainings. Keep in mind, all training are not eligible for a lunch and learn option due to the level of content and the amount of time that is needed to process information. We strive to facilitate a memorable training experience for all clients and want to allow sufficient time. If you are looking for an engaging topic but have limited time, we can work with your organization to find a suitable option.
