Clients should expect a reflective and collaborative process in a safe environment for professional growth and development. The coaching process is a journey with a roadmap and the client determines the path and how they are going to achieve their goals. During this process the coach offers guidance and constructive feedback to help establish and achieve goals that align with organizational needs.
What type of assessments are used?
Depending on the needs of the client, various assessment tools can be used to identify strengths and challenges, such as the Strength Finder 2.0 (The Clifton Strengths Assessment), 360 Feedback and other assessments.
What is the duration for this process?
We offer three level of coaching packages: ninety days, six months and one year.
